Biography:
Professor of Civil Engineering and Policy Studies, the Director of CUSTReC and the Deputy Chief Engineer of the China Academy of Transportation Sciences, Ministry of Transport. Dr. Jiang is recognized as a leading international expert on policy studies of sustainable urban transport, climate change and environmental protection.
Dr. Jiang has been playing an important role in formulating China´s recent urban transport policies, such as Institutional Reform of Urban Transport Administration, Suggestions to Prioritize Development of Public Transport, Policy Recommendation on Strengthening Financial Support for Urban Public Transport, and Urban Public Transport Development Plan.
