4th VREF Conference on Urban Freight: Invitation to submit your abstracts.
The Urban Freight Platform is now pleased to invite you to submit your abstracts to the forthcoming VREF Conference on Urban Freight. The theme for the 2020 Conference will be “Urban freight and liveable cities: Interactions between planning, design and business for scalable innovations”.
The conference will include a series of presentations of research papers on the basis of submitted abstracts (in oral and poster form); as well as invited presentations, panels and break-out sessions discussing innovative solutions that consider the perspectives from authorities, transport operators, retailers, architects, planners, other industry stakeholders and researchers.
The Urban Freight Platform invites you to submit your abstracts for the first day of the conference (October 14, 2020) when “Current issues influencing urban freight research” will be presented. The call for abstracts with all the details is available here (pdf, 424.1 kB).

The VREF invites universities located in Sweden to nominate candidates for The Håkan Frisinger Award (Håkan Frisingers pris till framstående transportforskare) and apply for a VREF Visiting Researcher Grant for the nominated candidate.
