Biography:
J-P. Rodrigue owns a Ph.D. in Transport Geography, University of Montreal, 1994.
He is currently Professor at the Department of Global Studies & Geography at Hofstra University, New York.
Van Horne Researcher in Transportation and Logistics, University of Calgary (since 2009).
Associate member of the Port Economics.eu initiative (since 2010).
Member of the World Economic Forum´s Global Agenda Council on Advanced Manufacturing (2011-2012).
Authored 3 books, 21 book chapters, more than 35 peer reviewed papers, numerous reports, and delivered more than 120 presentations.
